1991 – 2003 - Worked and headed the Energy Management and Environment
Protection Functions

During the period, the company received many laurels / awards in the area of Energy and Environment Management both at State and National Levels

2004 – 2007 - Was appointed as the Chief Human Resources Manager of the
Company to head HRM, HRD, Public Relations, Administration,
Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) and Security functions.

2008 – Till Date - Elevated to the position of Vice President of the Company responsible
for entire gamut of Human Resources and Administrative functions

Achievements

• Qualified External Assessor for Tata Business Excellence Model and has participated in the assessment of overall performance of different Tata group companies.
• A well-known HR Personnel in the region and within the Tata Group. Has participated in many seminars / conferences / Management Institutes as Guest Resource Person, Expert etc. in the areas of HR & CSR
• President of Belpahar Education Society, Belpahar English Medium School, BR High School, Sun Shine School and TRL-SBI Rural Self Employment Institute (RSETI)
• Has traveled extensively within and outside the country
• Keen follower of sports and games and has represented Sambalpur University in Badminton and Table Tennis
